Paranam City: Golf Resort Development MoU
In parallel, Keystone has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an international investor consortium for the development of the Onverdacht Estates Golf Resort, part of the larger Paranam City master development.
Key elements include:
•A 300-hectare development zone
•An 18-hole championship golf course (PGA standard)
•Hospitality and residential components, including villas and boutique accommodations
The estimated investment for the golf course component is between USD 20–40 million, excluding associated real estate development.
Under the MoU framework:
•Keystone will provide land under long-term lease
•The investor consortium will be responsible for financing, development and operations
•A revenue-sharing model is envisaged
The MoU is non-binding and serves as a basis for further negotiations towards definitive agreements.
Strategic context:
The project forms part of the broader vision for Paranam City, aimed at creating a diversified economic and tourism destination in Suriname.
