Keystone has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Green Earth Carbon Solutions LLC to explore a long-term offtake partnership related to a planned 100MW Power-to-Liquid (PtL) facility in Suriname.

 

The proposed project focuses on the production of:

•Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF / eSAF)

•eDiesel and eNaphtha

•Green hydrogen and industrial byproducts

 

The initiative aligns with international decarbonization frameworks in the aviation sector, including CORSIA-related standards.

 

The LOI reflects a shared intention to further develop a commercial framework, including potential long-term offtake arrangements. The project remains subject to financing, regulatory approvals and the execution of definitive agreements.  

 

Strategic context:

This development supports Suriname’s potential positioning as a future supplier of sustainable fuels, while contributing to broader energy transition efforts.
