Keystone Secures Strategic Position in 100MW eFuel Platform in Suriname
Keystone Group N.V. has secured a structured position in the development of a planned 100MW Power-to-Liquid (eFuel) platform in Suriname, in collaboration with Green Earth Carbon Solutions LLC.
The collaboration is supported by a Mutual Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement (MNDNC) and a Letter of Intent (LOI) outlining the framework for potential long-term offtake.
The MNDNC establishes a formal framework for protection of commercial relationships, non-circumvention between parties, and structured engagement with third-party investors and off-takers.
The project is designed to produce Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF / eSAF), eDiesel, eNaphtha, and green hydrogen.
Project status: The platform is currently in pre-development phase and remains subject to financing, regulatory approvals and definitive agreements.
Strategic relevance: This development positions Keystone within the commercial structuring layer of a large-scale energy transition platform.
