Keystone Group N.V. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an international investor consortium for the development of the Onverdacht Estates Golf Resort, part of the broader Paranam City development platform.

The MoU establishes a structured collaboration framework for development of a 300-hectare golf and resort zone, including an 18-hole championship golf course and hospitality assets.

The estimated investment for the golf course component ranges between USD 20–40 million.

Under the framework, Keystone provides land under long-term lease, while the investor consortium is responsible for financing, development and operations.

Project status: The MoU is non-binding and serves as the basis for further structuring towards definitive agreements.

Strategic relevance: The project strengthens Keystone’s position as a platform developer within Paranam City.
